Jeff has a proven history of success in both emerging companies and large complex publicly traded and global organizations. Jeff has led public offerings, four mergers, and consistently contributed to a high return on invested capital or market capitalization throughout his 30-year career. Jeff is widely credited for growing the industry dominant standard in web-based messaging as CEO of Lotus Corporation, and has also held senior management positions at Cognos, Software International and Cullinet Software.

Jeremy has over 18 years of experience in web-based and mobile software development. As an experienced entrepreneur and former digital agency owner, Jeremy has worked with clients such as NBC Universal, CVS pharmacy, Verizon Wireless, and many more to design and build custom applications to integrate with their web and mobile platforms. Jeremy has a strong product management background and has led techonology teams at several startups that have built scalable, cloud-based applications for both B2B and B2C companies.

Bill has more than 30 years of strategic technology marketing and communications experience. Bill spent the first 12 years of his career in marketing and communications positions with two of first major independent software technology companies. Bill was a founding partner of one of the first agencies – Lois Paul and Partners -- to specialize in serving the nascent and fast growing high technology market. During this time the firm grew from 20 people with just over $2M in revenues to nearly 200 employees with over $20M in annual revenues. In 2001 the agency was purchased by Fleishman Hillard, one the world’s largest public relations agencies. Bill stayed on with agency through June 2015 as its executive vice president, leading the company through two significant recessions and a successful expansion into the healthcare market. Bill’s clients ranged from multi-billion dollar publicly held companies to venture-funded startups. Under his guidance dozens achieved market leadership positions and highly successful liquidity outcomes.

Denyse Sullivan, Director of Finance

As ShopAdvisor's Director of Finance, Denyse is responsible for managing the company's day-to-day finances, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. She also oversees the company’s operations policies and procedures. Denyse has more than 15 years of financial management experience spanning private and public companies. She has expertise in Sarbanes Oxley compliance, GAAP-compliant revenue management, implementing financial information systems and financial statement preparation for public company results reporting. Prior to joining ShopAdvisor, Denyse held a leading role in finance at a specialty brand of FleishmanHillard, an Omnicom Group company.
